If you're having problems logging into you Baxy-Z account, then there are several ways you could possibly fix it.
- Try clearing your cookie settings within your browser
- Make sure that you're using the correct username and password. You can always request a password change at this link
- If you're still having problems, email us through this link
And if you're still having problems, try "turning it on and off again"!
