Baxy-Z is all about having fun and being part of a great and growing community. But to keep us, our users and of course you safe, we have various rules and terms, which you must agree upon before signing up and posting content. By using Baxy-Z, you are governed by our terms and conditions (Terms) and also our privacy policy.
User Account
Anyone over the age of 13 may register and use an account with Baxy-Z.
All information supplied must be accurate at the time of registration. If it changes during the course of your account activation, you can edit your details through our edit profile page.
You are responsible for your password. Baxy-Z will never ask for your password, nor will we ever disclose it to employees or third-parties.
We reserve the right to change your username at any given time, if it:
impersonates another user’s identity;
is malicious or explicit; or
violates our content guidelines.
However, if we do decide to change your username, you will be notified with an email of the change to the email you’ve supplied during registration.
Baxy-Z may email you from time to time, with updates to the website, newsletters and so forth. By registering, you agree to receive these emails.
Posted Content
Your user account is unique and you will be responsible for all the content you may post upon Baxy-Z. By posting the following, you are in breach of our terms and your account may be terminated.
- Infringes the copyright, trademark, patent right or other proprietary right of any person or that is used without the permission of the owner;
- Is pornographic, sexually explicit or obscene;
- Exploits children or minors;
- Violates the rights of privacy or publicity of any person;
- Is libelous, slanderous or defamatory ;
- Contains any personally identifying information about any person without their consent or about any person who is a minor;
- Anything which could possibly offend, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or profanity;
- If it includes advertisements, promotions, solicitations or offers to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose;
- Promotes or provides instructional information about illegal or illicit activities;
- Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to destroy, interrupt or otherwise limit the functionality of any computer software, computer hardware or other equipment; or
- What could be considered as spam. E.g. one worded posts, over use of “lol”, etc
Baxy-Z reserves the right to delete, edit or modify any post if it is in breach of our terms and conditions, or what we may deem unsuitable, without prior consent of the user.
When you post content on or through the site, you are agreeing to Baxy-Z and our affiliates and partners a nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sub licensable, royalty-free license to use, store, display, publish, transmit, transfer, distribute, reproduce, rearrange, edit, modify, aggregate, create derivative works of and publicly perform the content that you submit to the site for any purpose, in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. You also consent to the display of advertising within or adjacent to any of your content.
Use of Baxy-Z
All of the content available through Baxy-Z is protected by copyrights. You may not use, store, display, publish, transmit, distribute, modify, reproduce or in any way exploit any of our content, in whole or in part.
Regardless of whether you’re registered or not, by using Baxy-Z, you agree not to do any of the following:
- Harass or advocate harassment of another person or entity;
- Perform any activities that violate any state, local, federal, or international laws or regulations;
- Abuse, verbally or otherwise, any other person on the site. This includes, racism, discrimination or offensive behaviour;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent in any way your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Transmit unsolicited mass mailings or 'spam;'
- Collect or store any information about other users or members, other than in the intended purpose of voluntary communication among users;
- Transmit any virus, worm, defect, Trojan horse or similar destructive or harmful item;
- Disrupt, destroy or interfere with any of the site’s networks, or cause any discomfort with the environment of the site for other users.;
- Modify, adapt, translate or reverse engineer the site;
- Frame the site or reformat it in any way; or
- Create user accounts using any automated means or under false pretenses, or creating multiple user accounts.
All of the content available through the site is subject to the copyrights and trademarks of us. You may not publish, print, store, copy, frame, in whole or part, anywhere where you would benefit commercially.

Baxy-Z contains links to external, third party websites, in text, image and other forms. By continuing on through to these websites, you’ll agree to their terms of use. We are not responsible for any activities of any third party site.
Intellectual Property Rights Policy
Baxy-Z respects the rights of intellectual property holders. If you feel that any content on the site violates these terms and conditions, or your intellectual property rights, you can report such violation to us. If this does occur, please provide the following information:
- A description of the material you feel has been violated;
- An exact URL and description of location on the page of the violated material;
- An address, a telephone number, and an e-mail address where we can contact you;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright or other intellectual property rights owner, by its agent, or by law;

Our Rights and Responsibilities
We maintain the right to do any of the following any time, with or without prior notice:
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our services;
- Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of our services;
- Refuse, move, or remove any content;
- Refuse to register any user name that may be deemed offensive; and
- Establish general practices, fees and policies concerning the site and the services we provide.
Your use of the site is at your own risk.
You understand that by using the site, you may be exposed to content that you find offensive or objectionable.
We are not responsible for any loss, harm, error or omission that may result from the use of the site or the services we provide or for any service failure or interruption, regardless of the cause.

Violation of Terms
By using and / or registering to Baxy-Z, you are agreeing to all of our terms set out above. You also agree to take sole responsibility for any royalties, fees or other monies owed to any person by reason of any content you post or transmit through the site or the services we provide.
Baxy-Z have the right to terminate your access and / or your account if you fail to abide by our terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to inform law enforcement authorities of any potential illegal activities and to provide them with all information about the account through which such activities occurred, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
